Many many thanks. I was trying from here but nobody knew about the charter flight to Singapore. At the Pattaya Airport, they only knew about a flight to Frankfurt to Moscow and to Paris leaving today. The Cathay Pacific flight they scheduled today was only to take Cathay Pacific staff back to Hong Kong and not the passengers! It is good that you really have assistance everywhere in Thailand and your company is well informed! I'm in Beijing and news are going on in the Italian channel here that there are about 300 Italians that were stopped in Bangkok and since you are the most important operator in the region I could imagine how big work, responsibility and pressure you must have experienced. Thanks again for the big help and friendship and I feel grateful with you and I hope one day I can give back all these favour and help.That time that you came to Italy I couldn't even invite you for dinner since I was here in China! By this writing, I would like to honor our tour guide Denild and local guide Ford. They have traveled with us during our stay in Thailand from 28 August until 13 September and they have managed to do the right thing for every one of us (group of 25 people).
There is not enough paper to write on the 24 hours best service a day these 2 guys have done for us and have been there all the time for our group to help us even in the middle of the night. Denild stepped in a cab and went looking for someone who was lost at the Full Moon Party. We rented a scooter and I felt Denild was so concerned about my pinky finger, but it was all ok (gladly) . At the Jungle in Khao Sok, there was something wrong with one cabin (a hole in the floor), Denild immediately fixed the problem and got another cabin. Once again DJ and Ford thanks! I want to gladly make a couple of observations, the optional excursions are a surplus and some are very very expensive. The hotels were too far away from the centre and we couldn't make a nice walk at Night. as soon as we arrived in Khao Sok. It was all clear to us that we have to do the excursion because there was nothing else to do there in the middle of nowhere and everything was too far a way. The optional excursion to the Chiew Lan Lake National Park was so expensive. The price of 2700 baht was too much for all we’ve got to see, it was a beautiful experience, but for 1700 bath we could have done it perhaps ourselves. Also, a tip for the next travel leader on this exotic South Thailand trip: when it rains and the ground becomes wet and slippery, the walk by the jungle in Chiew Lan Lake could be too dangerous especially for the elderly travelers Even I had a problem standing up although I'm young and healthy. We wanted to write a quick note to report out to you on our recent trip to Thailand, 14 days Golden Triangle Super Value. (Jan 21 - Feb 3, 09) We have been fortunate enough to have gone on many guided tours in other regions around the world and by far this trip was the best on all fronts. The tour was well packaged offering fine accommodations, well paced with a mix of structured time and free time, transportation, driver, and guide. The friendly people and their genuine kindness further topped our experience in Thailand. In particular we would like to specifically mention our tour guide Tee and driver Gig. Our tour started off with a very punctual pick up at the airport and brisk drive to the hotel, which was well welcomed after nearly a 20 hr flight. The following day - although not part of the official tour, Tee met with us at the hotel for an early briefing and guided us to the city center on his own time. This was our first experience of how Tee went above and beyond not only as a guide but an ambassador of your country. During the tour, several times Tee and Gig extended great patience with the group (6 of us) to see, learn and experience aspects of life in Thailand that was not on the program. Coincidence put us in the right place at the right time enhancing our overall experience. Now back in Canada when reviewing the photographs of our trip with friends and colleagues our stories also include Tee and Gig and all of the Thai people and how kind everyone was. We are definitely recommending Turismo Asia if anyone is considering a trip to Thailand. If you are fortunate to meet up with Tee and or Gig - say hi!

I am writing to thank Turismo Asia for all your help during our recent visit to Thailand. We traveled in December on our honeymoon and your representatives made the journey very special for us. I would particularly like to thank your representative 'Ball' in Chiang Mai who was very efficient and friendly and helped us to see many of the interesting sites of Chiang Mai.
