Caring for the Environment
Here at Turismo Asia we believe that seeing the world is one of the most inspiring, enjoyable and mind-broadening experiences life has to offer.
At the same time, we are consciously aware how tourism and the travel industry can have an impact on the environment. It is therefore our responsibility to help advise our customers about ways that they can assist to help care for the environment whilst traveling and also give travelers an opportunity to participate in local conservation schemes that seek to address environmental issues. |

What we are doing now?
We strongly believe that it is our duty to conduct our business in a manner that is environmentally friendly. We are honest about how we rank ourselves caring for the environment and continually taking steps to improve. So far Turismo Asia has conducted an internal audit of our office practices and as a result have already:
- Extended and strengthened our policy of recycling office paper
- Introduced recycling bins
- Energy conscious and encouraged all staff to turn off lights and all other electrical equipment when not in use
- Gradually phasing out and reducing the number of fax machines
- low exhaust emission vehicles
